CWG Press: a small publisher with big ideas

Our mission is to promote excellence and freedom. Our selection of books is based solely on quality, not on mass-market appeal or the authors’ points of view. Our aim is to provide an opportunity for important and diverse ideas to compete in the public forum.

With some relief from stress and anxiety, I can report that the roof on our bungalow house has now been completed. Six weeks of one living creature being replaced - piecemeal - by another living creature. A creature that moves in its being just like a roof. Its waves are not so ridged as the sea's during storms, though.

The eaves cupboards - as spaces - are different spaces to replace the old ones. Yet the same spaces?

The spaces of the mind have changed. I shall aways associate this whole roof business with another significant event in my life currently taking its course. One with more, but gradually less, life than any roof.

Sounds the same as the full angst-ridden experience we had recently with the house being resided ... so you have my considerable sympathies, Des!
