There have been reports of problems viewing this site with Internet Explorer. It works with Firefox and Opera, and my other site based on Joomla! software does not exhibit the same problems. I'll get to it when I can but this is not my most active project at the moment.

Why is TEH shown as THE elsewhere?

Today - with teh roof finished - cleared some rubbsh out of teh garage and took it to teh dump.

 

I'm thinking of joining Ebay to sell some of my old books and small press mags from teh past decades. Any advice?

I've never been able to understand the modish use of "teh" in place of "the". Do you have any clue as to why it's been adopted, Des?

TEH is what one automatically types if not paying full attention to teh keyboard ... I guess.

I don't think that's a viable hypothesis, Des. As one of the first words we learn to type and probably the one we most frequently type, "the" is one of the few words we type without thinking of the keystrokes - almost as if it were a single character. To type "teh" involves a conscious effort - indeed, a conscious effort not to accidentally type "the" instead!

I disagree with that, Paul.  90% of the time when I'm typing quickly I accidentally mistype The as Teh!
